Returns & Refund Policy

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost. You may request a refund, repair or replacement.

For change-of-mind returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. You are responsible for return shipping cost.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after you receive the goods.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items.
